How To Get Results

At Integrated Movement we have compiled a list of how clients get results.  Honestly if you follow rule #1 all of the other rules will be followed.  We only added the other points to drive home what needs to be a priority when trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Here is our fool proof way to get results every time:

1.) Listen to and do what your trainer tells you.

2.) Never make excuses.

3.) Base decisions on whether or not they help you reach your goal.

4.) Eat clean 80% of the time.

5.) Log 100% of your food in myfitnesspal.

6.) Follow the conditioning plan outlined by your trainer.

7.) Drink plenty of water.

8.) Plan nutrition and prepare meals ahead of time.

9.) Never cancel a work out, reschedule if an emergency arises.

10.) Get 6-8 hours of sleep a night.

If you follow our ten simple rules, you will get results.
